Training Course on “Satellite Remote Sensing Technology and Geographic Information System”

(Karachi, Pakistan: 19-30 April 2004)





The Inter-Islamic Network on Space Sciences and Technology (ISNET), is organizing, in collaboration with Pakistan Space Agency: SUPARCO, a Training Course on Applications of Satellite Remote Sensing Technology and Geographic Information System at Karachi from 19-30 April 2004. The trainees belonging to scientific and engineering cadres from Bangladesh, Iran, Malaysia, Mozambique, Pakistan, Sudan, and Syria are participating in the Course. The Course is being organized with a view to sharing the benefits of the research and development work undertaken by SUPARCO in the field of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS) with the OIC member countries.
