Sufficient Funds Would Be Provided For Education And Health Sectors In The Coming Budget






ISLAMABAD, Pakistan : April 14 (PNS) - The Prime Minister has said health and education are the two priorities of the government and in the coming budget sufficient funds would be provided for these sectors.

He was addressing the first convocation of the institute of management and computer sciences at the Bahria University in Islamabad on Tuesday. The prime minister urged the graduating batches to keep up pace with the contemporary scientific developments. The prime minister also gave away medals and merit certificates to outstanding students. A hundred and eleven degrees were awarded to masters in business administration and the same number of degrees was awarded to the masters in computer science.

He also announced a grant of forty million rupees for the Bahria University and another forty million rupees for the proposed institute of marine sciences at Gwadar.
